Overall documentation for downloading, installing and configuring the plugin for your Joomla website.
Hotjar is one of the ‘hottest’ (excuse the pun) SaaS platforms on the market allowing you to really dig deep into the usability of your website and understand what works and what doesn’t work on your site.
It works as a heat mapping service, recording how users interact with your website, how much the scroll down long sales pages, what they click on and what they’re potentially reading on the page. It gives you great insights into what works and what doesn’t work in terms of usability and workflows. It’s better than CrazyEgg and better than heat mapping in Google Analytics!
Hotjar is free to a point with a selected amount of recordings that you can have on your account.
